Long Way Home
I took this photo in the Spring of 2021 on the Williamsburg Bridge. I had just bought my new Sony and I was roaming the city late, testing out my new gear. Getting this picture was quite a journey. I roller bladed up the bridge, which was loaded up with bikers, walkers, runners, mopeders, and other roamers of the city. On the way back down I must have gone 30 miles per hour on my roller brakeless rollerblades. I’m still not so sure how I stopped at the bottom.. I titled this image, “Long Way Home” because the two people walking the bridge look like they have quite a ways to go before they get to wherever is home to them.
